Sports Academy Staff – Job Description
Main role
You help run training programs, support coaches, and manage daily academy operations.
Key duties
Typical responsibilities include:
1. Coaching / Training support
Assist or lead training sessions (football, gym, etc.)
Teach basic skills and techniques to players
Ensure discipline and good sportsmanship
2. Program & session management
Plan training schedules and lesson sessions
Organize camps, matches, or events
Adapt training for different skill levels
3. Player & safety supervision
Monitor players (especially kids)
Maintain safety rules and equipment
Handle emergencies / first aid if needed
4. Administration work
Record attendance and performance
Communicate with parents and management
Help with registrations and customer service
5. Operations support
Set up equipment and training areas
Keep facilities clean and organized
Work with other staff and coaches as a team.
