We are seeking a highly skilled Sports Business Systems Analyst to spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions across the sports, performance, education, and medical sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling business cases and architecting end-to-end AI systems that leverage machine learning, NLP, and advanced data analytics. You will design scalable architectures on cloud platforms like Azure AI Foundry and Google Agent Space, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems such as CRM and ERP. A key part of your role will involve navigating AI governance, ensuring compliance with regulations like GDPR and HIPAA while monitoring for bias and transparency. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities and demonstrate their measurable business value. This position requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise to act as a trusted advisor, driving AI-enabled transformation and optimizing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.

🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

▸ 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture with a minimum of 4 years in applied AI/ML projects.

▸ Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable AI architectures using cloud-native platforms like Azure AI Foundry and Google Agent Space.

▸ Hands-on expertise with Google Agent Builder, Google SDK, and multi-agent systems.

▸ Strong knowledge of Advanced RAG for enterprise-scale knowledge management.

▸ Skilled in database and data architecture, including SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, and knowledge graphs.

▸ Experience integrating cloud AI services with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, medical, sports performance).

▸ Proficient in multiple solution architecture techniques, SDLC, and requirements analysis.

▸ Ability to design applied AI systems that are secure, scalable, and performance-optimized.

✨ 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀:

▸ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, IT, or Engineering.

▸ Certifications such as MS Certified AI Developer/Architect or certifications for Azure AI Foundry and Google Cloud AI/ML platforms.

▸ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business units.

▸ Experience ensuring AI systems comply with data regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.

▸ Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor for AI-enabled organizational transformation.
