Sports Content Creator/ Videographer

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and creative Sports Content Creator / Videographer to capture high-energy football content at live events. This role involves filming game highlights, sideline moments, and player interviews, with a focus on creating engaging, social media–ready content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch.

The ideal candidate understands sports culture, can identify exciting moments in real time, and is comfortable interacting with athletes to capture authentic, engaging footage. Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video of football events, including games, highlights, and sideline moments
• Identify and film key plays, reactions, and high-energy moments in real time
• Conduct short, engaging interviews with players, teams, and coaches
• Shoot content optimized for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Follow direction on specific content types (player features, mic’d up, viral moments)
• Work independently at events and manage all filming responsibilities on-site
• Deliver organized raw footage promptly (same day or within 24 hours)
• Communicate effectively before, during, and after events
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with athletes and event organizers

Qualifications

• Experience filming sports content (football preferred)
• Strong understanding of social media content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Ability to recognize and capture key moments in real time (big plays, reactions, energy)
• Comfortable approaching athletes and conducting on-camera interviews
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently at events
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to deliver footage quickly and stay organized

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience editing short-form content
• Background in football (player, coach, or strong knowledge of the game)
• Experience shooting in fast-paced, live event environments
• Own camera equipment (DSLR or mirrorless preferred) and basic audio setup

Pay: $150.00 - $250.00 per day
