We’re Hiring – Sports Facility Supervisor

Join our team and be part of a dynamic hospitality and recreation environment. We are currently looking for an experienced and energetic Sports Facility Supervisor to oversee daily sports and recreational operations and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of sports and recreational facilities
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Coordinate staff schedules and monitor team performance
• Handle guest inquiries and ensure excellent customer service
• Enforce safety procedures and operational policies
• Assist in organizing sports activities and events
• Report maintenance issues and operational concerns promptly

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sports facility, recreation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
• English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage
