Sports Manager

Impera Sports is expanding and seeking a skilled and passionate Sports Manager to oversee our multi-sport programs in Riyadh. The Sports Manager will lead a team of coaches, coordinate unit operations, ensure training quality, and manage communication with parents and staff to deliver a world-class sports experience.

Sports Programs Managed

The Sports Manager will be responsible for overseeing the following sports: Football, Basketball, Handball, Volleyball, Swimming, Tennis, Badminton, Athletics, Climbing, CrossFit, Martial Arts, Weightlifting, Ballet & Dance, Aerial Silks, and Gymnastics.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Unit Oversight

• Lead, mentor, and support coaches across all sports units.
• Ensure consistent training standards, safety protocols, and academy policies are applied.
• Coordinate with Unit Heads to align schedules, manage capacity, and ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular evaluations of coaching staff and provide feedback for improvement.

Parent & Student Engagement

• Oversee communication systems to ensure parents receive timely updates on progress.
• Resolve escalated concerns from parents regarding training, scheduling, or behaviour.
• Support parent engagement initiatives such as competitions, showcases, and academy events.

Operational Management

• Supervise daily attendance, reports, and unit statistics through academy systems.
• Ensure equipment inventory and facility conditions are maintained across all venues.
• Report safety or facility issues promptly and coordinate with the Health & Safety.
• Monitor session participation and identify opportunities for enrolment growth.

Strategic Development

• Contribute to program development, including curriculum updates and event planning.
• Work with management to set goals for student retention, competition readiness, and academy reputation.
• Support marketing initiatives by representing the academy at events and in community outreach.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sports Manager, Unit Head, or Coach in a multi-sport environment.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with diverse coaching teams and multicultural families.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and commitment to academy values.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate before starting work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Riyadh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Experience:

• Multi-sports: 5 years (Preferred)
