As a member of our Sports Production Team, you will play an important role in bringing those moments to life. This position combines Photoshop production work with customer support and day to day operational responsibilities. If you enjoy creative work, helping people, solving problems, and keeping projects organized, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute in meaningful ways across the department.

What You Will Do

• Build and produce layered sports team composites using Adobe Photoshop and established templates
• Make visual adjustments to images, text, and layouts with accuracy and attention to detail
• Prepare, organize, and manage image files and production data throughout multiple workflows
• Respond to customer emails and answer phone calls in a professional and helpful manner
• Resolve customer questions related to orders, image edits, and general support needs
• Track project information and maintain accuracy across production systems and spreadsheets
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines during busy seasonal periods
• Identify workflow issues and communicate opportunities to improve efficiency and organization
• Collaborate in a friendly and open office team environment
• Cross train and support other departments during seasonal shifts in workload

The Ideal Candidate

• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, especially with layers, templates, and organized file structures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across projects
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, production tracking systems, and data management tools
• Able to identify patterns, solve problems, and keep large amounts of information organized
• Friendly and professional communicator both in writing and on the phone
• Self motivated and dependable, able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Takes initiative and naturally looks for ways to improve processes and workflows
• Positive team player who enjoys learning and collaborating across departments
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• $18-22 hr depending on experience
