Our rapidly growing store is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Team Sales Account Manager to be a driving force in our success. As a Team Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in the sales process, from meeting with clients to finalizing orders. Your main responsibilities will include working closely with coaches, owners, teachers, and customers to understand their needs, answer their questions about our products, and offer appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assess customers' needs and offer assistance and information on product features.
- Welcome customers to the store and address any inquiries they may have.
- Achieve departmental sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Demonstrate initiative to "go the extra mile" in driving sales.
- Maintain in-stock and presentable displays in assigned areas.
- Proactively seek out customers within the store.
- Meet with clients to manage their specific needs and requests.
- Remain knowledgeable about our product offerings and discuss available options.
- Cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle merchandise returns efficiently.
- Collaborate with co-workers to ensure excellent customer service.
- Build strong and trusting relationships with customers.
- Adhere to inventory control procedures.
- Suggest strategies for improving sales, such as planning marketing activities or changing the store's design.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in English and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculations.
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Familiarity with inventory procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday.
- High school degree; a BS degree in Marketing or a related field would be a plus.
