• Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.21per hour
• Day Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (39 - 45.5 hours per week)
• Overtime Available | Temp to Perm Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating spot welding equipment to assemble metal cabinets and parts
• Working to production targets and maintaining high standards of quality
• Adapting to different technical tasks and processes
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow
• Following health and safety guidelines at all times
• Performing quality checks and reporting any issues
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar role (spot welding, fabrication, or assembly preferred)
• Technical mindset with the ability to adapt to new processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role
