ICare Psychiatry is a growing mental health clinic specializing in innovative psychiatric treatments, including Spravato (esketamine) therapy for treatment-resistant depression. We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented Spravato Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This position combines patient care, treatment monitoring, and administrative coordination responsibilities in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Position Summary

The Spravato Treatment Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations of our Spravato treatment program while supporting patients during treatment visits. This role involves patient coordination, insurance authorization, pharmacy communication, REMS compliance, treatment monitoring, and clinical support.

No prior Spravato experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Schedule

ResponsibilitiesPatient Care

  • Welcome and prepare patients for treatment appointments
  • Obtain and document vital signs before, during, and after treatment
  • Monitor patients throughout treatment sessions under provider supervision
  • Observe and document patient status and report concerns to providers
  • Provide a calm, supportive, and professional treatment environment

Treatment Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate Spravato treatment appointments
  • Communicate with patients regarding treatment schedules and medication deliveries
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements when needed
  • Ensure treatment rooms are prepared and stocked

Insurance & Pharmacy Coordination

  • Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations
  • Coordinate medication shipments with specialty pharmacies
  • Track medication deliveries and inventory
  • Maintain treatment and dispensing records

REMS & Administrative Duties

  • Maintain Spravato REMS compliance documentation
  • Track inventory, lot numbers, and medication expiration dates
  • Assist with audits and quality assurance activities
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements

  • High school diploma or higher required
  • Healthcare, medical office, CNA, MA, EMT, caregiver, or customer service experience preferred
  • Comfortable interacting directly with patients
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable using computers and electronic health record systems
  • Reliable, professional, and punctual
  • Must be able to work on-site in Kent, WA
  • Candidates who live locally or have a reasonable commute are strongly preferred
