The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping the spray tech, applying spray foam insulation in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of construction techniques and the ability to work with various tools and materials. The Spray Foam Installer and helper will play a crucial role in enhancing energy efficiency and comfort for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Prepare job sites by ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available.
- Apply spray foam insulation according to specifications and safety guidelines.
- Utilize power tools, hand tools, and other equipment effectively to complete installations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements.
- Conduct inspections of installed insulation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any potential issues.

Requirements
- A strong commitment to integrity, dependability, and a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to read schematics and follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Strong physical stamina, as the role involves lifting, standing, and working in various conditions.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to insulation installation.
- A valid driver's license.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
