KBC Visualworks, a leading production and visual branding company in Dubai under the KBC CORP, is seeking a skilled and reliable Spray Painters to join our growing team. The Spray Painter will be responsible for preparing, mixing, and applying paint and finishing coatings on various materials used in signage, fabrication, and display projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming as required.
• Mix paints, coatings, and materials to achieve accurate color matching and required texture.
• Operate spray guns and related equipment to apply paint evenly and professionally.
• Follow safety procedures related to chemicals, paints, and ventilation systems.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned painting tasks according to project schedules.
• Inspect completed work for defects and retouch, polish, or rework as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Spray Painter (minimum 2–3 years preferred), ideally in signage, carpentry, metal, or fabrication industry.
• Strong knowledge of spray-painting techniques, equipment, and finishing materials.
• Ability to mix and match colors with accuracy.
• Familiarity with paints, primers, lacquers, and industrial coatings.
• Physically fit and able to handle moderate lifting and long hours of standing.
• Attention to detail with a high standard of workmanship.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when required.
