Spray Technician / Grounds Crew

Performs chemical applications on golf course properties; fertilizes tees, greens, and fairways; and applies chemicals on areas of the golf course, including but not limited to, greens, tees, and fairways. The spray technician is responsible for reading, understanding, and keeping current with chemical labels and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

  • Applying fertilizer and pesticides on and around the course under the direct supervision of an employee who is licensed in Ornamental & Turf Pest Control.
  • Golf course upkeep: raking bunkers, mowing greens, mowing general course areas, changing hole locations, hand watering, blowing debris, moving tee markers, etc.
  • Fencing and tree trimming.
  • Landscaping and Sodding.

Qualifications:

  • State Driver's License required.
  • Golf course maintenance experience preferred.
  • Pesticide spraying experience preferred.
  • Bonus pay for valid state pesticide license.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
