The Role:

Dividend Music Group, a Dividend Management joint venture, is seeking an Intern for our Creative Marketing, Strategy, and Public Relations team. This role focuses on assisting the PR and Communications team in organizing and overseeing special projects, business ventures, and curating marketing strategies. You will provide support to ensure smooth and efficient business operations and prepare the team for success on all projects.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with administrative and research work required for strategy & communications projects

- Support the Strategy and Communications team in designing and preparing creative assets, presentation decks, one-sheets, and marketing collateral

- Learn to create, present, and execute concepts that align with strategy across all direct marketing channels

- Express ideas visually through storyboarding, mood boarding, or other visual expression tools

-Provide assistance with brainstorming and maintenance to our retail channels

- Work with the team to identify and develop opportunities into key strategic initiatives that advance project and brand success

- Track industry trends and make relevant recommendations for projects and brands

- Assist with the preparation and execution of events spanning Dividend Management verticals

- Participate on-site at Dividend events, as needed

- Monitor brand and client mentions on print and digital platforms daily

Qualifications and Skills:

- Detail-oriented, with an organized manner of working

- Working proficiency in Google Drive, MailChimp, and Adobe Creative Suite

- Experience building decks/presentations

- Ability to adapt and multitask in fast-paced work environments

- Enthusiastic about learning and growing in a collaborative work environment

- Graphic design and photography/videography skills are a plus

- Experience with web-based event platforms (SplashThat, Eventbrite, etc.) is a plus

- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university and able to receive school credit

Internship Details:

This internship is available for the Spring semester. It is a non-paid internship, with flexible hours (minimum of 16 hours per week) to accommodate your necessary college credit requirements.

COVID-19 vaccination series and booster shot are mandatory requirements for this position.
