SQA

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting bugs, ensuring product quality, and working closely with developers and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, scripts, and plans for web and mobile applications
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the quality of software products
• Identify, record, and track bugs using tools like Jira, Trello, or Bugzilla
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand business requirements and technical specs
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Ensure all software releases meet or exceed quality standards before deployment
• Contribute to improving QA processes and automation strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in software testing (manual and/or automated)
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman, JMeter)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
