Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SQA Analyst with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling end-to-end testing activities, communicating with clients, and contributing to process improvements within an Agile environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review business requirements, technical specifications, and design documents to provide clear and actionable feedback
• Design, develop, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and use cases
• Independently estimate, prioritize, and execute testing tasks within sprint timelines
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis
• Perform comprehensive regression, integration, and system testing
• Conduct API testing and validate integrations between systems
• Execute database validations using SQL queries
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Monitor debugging results and verify defect resolutions
• Analyze root causes of defects and recommend preventive improvements
• Track and report QA metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and open defect trends
• Contribute to enhancing QA processes and testing standards

Job Requirements:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Strong command of English for communication with clients
• Strong experience in writing structured and detailed use cases (must-have)
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience in manual testing
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• Have experience to use these tools: Jira, Trello & shortcut
• Exposure to automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
