About the Role

We are seeking a talented SQA Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of our products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for manual and automated testing across mobile, web, and admin panel applications, while collaborating closely with developers and project managers to deliver high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for mobile, web, and admin panel applications.
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure functionality, performance, and security standards.
• Conduct functional, regression, and usability testing to maintain product reliability.
• Validate UI/UX flows to ensure smooth and intuitive user experiences.
• Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools; follow up for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and stakeholders to align on quality expectations within sprints.
• Provide clear, detailed documentation of test results and quality metrics.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of proven experience as an SQA Engineer/Tester in web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of functional testing, regression testing, and defect lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with bug tracking/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Hands-on experience validating UI/UX flows and usability testing.
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
