SQA Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical SAQ Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated and manual test cases, identifying bugs, and working closely with development teams to maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Review system requirements and technical design documents.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and QA reviews.
• Ensure software meets business and user requirements before release.
• Continuously improve test processes and automation frameworks.
• Maintain proper documentation of test cases, test plans, and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Software QA or Automation Testing.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
