SQA Engineer (Fresh)

Cogent Labs is hiring Software Quality Assurance Engineers (Fresh Graduates) for its Lahore office.

Must-Have

• Fresh graduate in CS/SE/IT (or equivalent)
• Top-notch communication and confidence in expressing ideas
• Extroverted, energetic, and adaptable with a growth mindset
• Internship or FYP experience in QA/testing
• Understanding of QA fundamentals: test cases, bug reporting, functional testing, API testing (Postman)
• Basic SQL knowledge and Agile/Scrum awareness

Good to Have

• Responsible, with a “no giving up” attitude
• Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset (we value team players, not solo flyers)
• Familiarity with Jira/Trello
• Knowledge of Selenium/Appium or other automation tools

Not a Fit If

• You struggle with confidence in communication (verbal or written)
• You prefer to stay in your own shell and are not interactive with the team
