Job Description:
We are seeking a detail‑oriented QA Specialist to join our team in Karachi. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and performance of both traditional software systems and AI‑driven applications, while collaborating with developers, product managers, and AI engineers to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and automated scripts for software and AI systems.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing across web and mobile applications.
• Test AI/LLM features such as chatbots, content generation, and recommendation systems for accuracy and bias.
• Document test results, defects, and recommendations with clear, professional English writing.
• Collaborate with developers and AI engineers to resolve issues and improve product quality.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards, best practices, and data privacy requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in software QA.
• Exposure to AI/LLM testing (e.g., OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face models, LangChain pipelines).
• Strong proficiency in manual and automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Postman, JUnit, PyTest).
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent English writing skills for documentation, bug reports, and communication.
• Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
