Role: Senior Analyst / Engineer, Automation and Integration

What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of automation and integration efforts across key marketing platforms. That includes designing workflows, improving systems, and making sure everything works reliably at scale.

A big part of the role involves building and maintaining automated content solutions. You’ll design data models, create SQL-based data sources, and ensure outputs are accurate and consistent.

You’ll also act as the go-to expert for a content automation platform, using built-in features and APIs to extend its capabilities. That includes integrating with other systems, shaping how the platform evolves, and translating business needs into clear technical solutions.

You won’t be working in isolation. You’ll partner closely with teams across technology, marketing, sales, and client service to gather input, solve problems, and improve how systems are used day to day.

This role also involves leading implementation efforts. You’ll guide projects from early design through launch, then stay involved to make sure adoption sticks and performance improves over time.

You’ll help drive change. That means explaining new systems in a way people understand, addressing resistance, and making transitions smoother for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You’ll often manage multiple projects at once. Keeping work on track, managing risks, and aligning stakeholders will be part of your day-to-day.

You’ll also support and mentor less experienced team members while helping establish best practices the team can reuse.

What you bring

Around 5 or more years of experience in SaaS implementation, engineering, automation, or consulting

Experience working with enterprise platforms such as CRM, marketing tech, or content systems
-
A background in solution architecture, data engineering, or technical consulting
-
At least 3 years working on system implementation, integration, or solution development
-
Experience building automation workflows or reporting solutions

Some experience leading change initiatives and driving adoption of new tools or processes
