Job Description:

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Strong proficiency in SQL Server / MySQL database administration, maintenance, and optimization.
• Experience with database design, schema management, indexing, and query optimization.
• Expertise in backup, restore, disaster recovery strategies, and database archiving.
• Experience with data retention policies, purging, and archiving large datasets.
• Performance monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of production databases.
• Knowledge of high availability, replication, clustering, and failover mechanisms.
• Familiarity with security, user management, and data access control.
• Experience in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Familiarity with automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines for database deployments.
• Sound understanding of Agile methodologies and collaboration with development teams.

Nice-to-Have / Optional:

• Exposure to cloud databases (Azure SQL).
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.).
• Experience working with Data Lakes, large-scale data platforms, and data archival solutions.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
