Role Description

We are seeking a skilled SQL Developer with expertise in SSRS, SSIS, SSAS , and strong analytical skills to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will manage SQL databases, develop efficient ETL processes, build Power BI reports and dashboards, and ensure data integrity across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases , ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
• Develop, test, and deploy SSIS packages for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Create and manage SSRS reports for operational and analytical needs.
• Design and maintain SSAS cubes for multidimensional analysis and data modeling.
• Build and publish Power BI dashboards and visual reports aligned with business KPIs.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all reporting platforms.
• Prepare documentation for database architecture, ETL workflows, and reporting logic.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for SQL-related issues and Power BI reports.
• Utilize Excel for data manipulation, validation, and ad-hoc analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field .
• 1–3 years of experience as an SQL Developer, BI Developer, or Data Analyst .
• Proficiency in SQL Server , and database management .
• Hands-on experience with SSRS, SSIS, SSAS .
• Experience with Power BI development, DAX, and data modelling.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure SQL Database , Data Factory , or Synapse Analytics .
• Knowledge of Python for data processing (optional).
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Database Developer certification is a plus.
