SQL & VB6 Developer (Male)

We are seeking a Senior Developer with strong expertise in SQL and Visual Basic 6 (VB6) to join our development team. This role involves maintaining and enhancing existing applications while also contributing to system improvements and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance legacy applications using VB6 and SQL Server.
• Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries, views, and large data structures.
• Troubleshoot application bugs and resolve database performance issues.
• Collaborate with QA, analysts, and developers to deliver quality solutions.
• Optional: Assist in transitioning legacy systems to modern platforms (VB.NET/C#).

Experience:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Visual Basic 6 (VB6) development.
• Strong background in Microsoft SQL Server, including complex queries, joins, views, and stored procedures.
• Proven experience with ADO, ABDC, and Crystal Reports 9.
• Also know about the dot net.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
