Job Description:
YSK Laboratories is seeking a skilled Accounts Executive with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling billing, tax filing, and managing day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain general ledgers, including monthly and yearly financial statements
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
• Reconcile bank statements and manage vendor payments
• Process accounts payable/receivable, manage invoices, and handle payroll
• Conduct financial analysis to identify discrepancies and report them
• Assist in audit preparation and ensure adherence to financial regulations
• Perform daily, monthly, and annual accounting tasks
• Manage petty cash and ensure timely replenishment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
