Job Title:

Senior Account Manager


Key Responsibilities:


Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental plans & KPIs in line with TCC’s overall strategic objectives

Adopt suitable strategies to build and maintain strong, trusting relationship between TCC and its key clients

Lead coordination with internal technical teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and articulated in TCC’s product / service offering

Stay up to date with TCC products/services to develop and deliver an effective sales pitch

Complete the necessary administrative/contracting formalities to facilitate client onboarding process in a timely and efficient manner

Identify and explore opportunities to upsell / cross sell TCC’s products and services in order to accomplish sales targets and for growing and developing existing clients

Act as the point of contact for the client for timely and smooth resolution of sales related queries and concerns for complete satisfaction

Coordinate with TCC teams to facilitate cross-functional alignment for timely and smooth completion of the sales process

Design and execute customer engagement and retention strategies that ensure high satisfaction levels and maximize account growth opportunities.

Prepare and maintain necessary documentation in line with TCC’s approved document control guidelines

Prepare periodic/adhoc sales and management reports as required


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration / information technology or computer science

Professional Certifications:

Professional certification in Sales from internationally recognized bodies such as Certified Sales Executive (CSE), Certified Sales Professional (CSP) etc.

Years of Experience:

  • 6+ years of prior experience

Nature of Experience:

Prior experience in Sales and Account Management is preferred, especially in a large industry or a consumer focussed similar industry
