**About the Company**

Sriramki Constructions Private Limited is an infrastructure and underground engineering company executing tunnel works, canal projects, and large-scale civil construction projects across multiple states.

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Project Accountant** to manage project-wise financial operations, cost control, billing, statutory compliance, and reporting for ongoing infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in construction project accounting and strong knowledge of GST, TDS, contractor billing, and site-level financial coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**

Project Accounting & Cost Control

* Maintain project-wise books of accounts

* Monitor budget vs actual expenditure

* Track cost codes and site expenses

* Prepare monthly MIS and profitability reports

* Support project cash flow planning

Client Billing & Revenue

* Prepare and verify RA (Running Account) bills

* Coordinate with engineers for measurement verification

* Track receivables and follow up for collections

* Reconcile certified bills

Vendor & Subcontractor Management

* Process vendor invoices after compliance checks

* Ensure statutory deductions (GST, TDS, Labour Cess)

* Maintain vendor ledger reconciliation

* Coordinate payment approvals

Compliance & Reporting

* Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax (TDS), and Construction Cess regulations

* Support audits and maintain documentation

* Prepare Project-wise P&L, Budget vs Actual, Cash Flow & Cost-to-Complete reports

**Eligibility Criteria**

* Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting

* 3–8 years of experience in construction / infrastructure accounting

* Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & project billing

* Experience in ERP / Tally & Advanced Excel

* Willingness to work at project site locations
