Our 100+ employee-owners sell, service and support our equipment offerings to a variety of customers, encompassing a 6-state midwestern territory. We are seeking an experienced and well-rounded Accounting Specialist to contribute to our long-standing history of successful growth and expansion.

Location: Fenton, MO (Headquarters)

What You Will Do:

Reporting to the CFO, this position be involved in all aspects of the accounting department and support our employee/family focused culture & brand promise to deliver exemplary customer service.
Accounts Payable, Auditing and Reconciliations (credit cards, expenses, suppliers, etc.)
Financial analysis and reporting
Payroll processing
Development and control of internal processes and procedures
Preparation and presentation of financial reports to senior management
Tax preparation, ESOP valuation and compliance
Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial management
Support and back-up CFO in preparation of financial statements, cash management, budgeting, and forecasting

What will you bring:

5+ years’ minimum relevant experience in full-cycle accounting, ideally with a mid-size company
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related degree preferred
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards
Solution driven, self-starter
Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate or better)
Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills with proven leadership skills and a positive attitude
Analytical and Data-driven
Impeccable work ethic
