Job Description for Senior Accountant at Safex Fire Services Ltd., Mumbai

Safex Fire Services Ltd., a 50 year old family managed enterprise, is one of the largest manufacturers of fire safety equipment in the country.

Head Office: Mumbai (Andheri East & Lower Parel)
Branch Offices & Factories: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Secunderabad, Delhi, Chennai

Key Responsibilities

· Monitor Sales Order & Invoicing

· Debtors Collection – Follow Up for Collection, Entries as per Payment Advices, Handling Legal matters, GRN & Debit Note Reconciliation for OEM Customers

· Expense Entries – Approving Expenses, Checking Vouchers, Credit Card Payments, Expense Entries etc

· GST Compliance – Pan India E-way Bill Reco, GSTR2B Reconciliations

· Banking Compliance – Submission of Stock & Book Debt Statement to Banks on Monthly Basis

· MIS for A/c & Finance

Qualification:

• Chartered Accountant / CA Final attempted with experience of 2-4 years
• Candidate with suitable accounting/GST experience of min. 5 years

Salary:

CTC 4.5 - 6 LPA (depending on candidate)
(Local train pass shall be provided. Above CTC includes EPF, paid leaves and annual bonus)

Office timings: 10am-6.30 pm (Mon-Fri) & 10am-4pm (Saturdays)
