✔ Prepare periodical financial statements.
✔ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
✔ Analyze financial data to support management decisions.
✔ Maintain proper documentation for statutory filings.
✔ Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.

Eligibility Criteria

✔ M.Com / MBA (Finance) – Preferred.
✔ Professional qualification such as CA (Inter), CMA (Inter) – Added advantage.
✔ Experience in handling audits, taxation, and finalization of accounts.
