CHIEF ACCOUNTANT :-

Job Description Chief Accountant Reported to Finance Manager
Qualification: - Master Degrees on accounting Science or any High degree in accounting (charted accountant)
Experience: 10 years relevant profile including gulf experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:- - Develop procedures and accurate implementation of the recording, classifying, and summarizing of daily financial transactions.

• Generate financial statements, (profit and loss, cash flow) monthly.
• Ensure general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, and other financial records and schedules are accurately maintained.
• Institute policies and procedures capable of protecting the business resources against waste, fraud, and inefficiency.
• Maintain procedures to establish tight control over cash transactions.
• Ensure timely follow up of accounts receivable and payable.
• Evaluates & implements internal and external audit recommendations & provides feedback to management on results
• Implement budget and forecast preparation schedule by collecting relevant business data and projections from the line departments and provide relevant analyses and feedback to enable finalization of the budget and forecast proposals and all related reports including profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
• Provide support, service and advise in all finance matters to the company’s management.
• Exercise budgetary controls, accounting & physical controls and credit control as per laid down procedures and asset management. Also exercise controls on other purchases and services.

- Maintaining an effective involvement and understanding of the business in order to contribute to key business decisions within the Company through financial advice and expertise. - Ensure that staff in Finance and accounts department performs their duties effectively and efficiently - assigning duties to respective staff.

SR. ACCOUNTANT :-

Job Description Senior Accountant Reported to achieve accountant
Qualifications: - Bachelor degree in Accounting prefer Higher Qualification
Experiences: - Minimum 5 year as senior accountant including gulf experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Essential Duties and Responsibilities for the senior accountant include the following:

1. Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to book of accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions.
2. Handling the account s team of head office.
3. Directing team to follow procedure of accounting
4. Analyze daily banking transactions and journal entries.( reconciliation for all transactions )
5. Payroll and loans &advance reconciliation
6. Prepare monthly sales reports into excel spread sheet for analysis
7. Follow up all his team and help them to do their job
8. Monitor compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
9. Provide advice and assistance and early warning of such problems as cost over-runs, excessive charges, and potential penalties. Support month –end and year end close process
10. Follow-up un-billed job cards and match them with an inventory of the workshop. And send daily report to S/A ( Outstanding vehicles )
11. Preparation clearing accounts between branches and prove transactions that have been recorded in the particular branch. 12. Follow-up and review of suppliers and customers accounts
13. Review cashbook and their conformity with the actual balances
14. Monthly preparation statement of cash flows, and prepares financial status reports and studies as needed .provides supervisors with historical information, accurate fiscal projections, and report as required .
15. Handling Fixed Assets management.
