Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Accountant (ACCA / ACMA qualified) with 4–6 years of proven experience in financial accounting, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial systems, with the ability to lead day-to-day financial operations and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and applicable standards.
• Handle general ledger, account reconciliations, accruals, and financial closing activities.
• Monitor cash flows, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Manage payables, receivables, fixed assets, and inventory controls.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws (Sales Tax, Income Tax, Withholding Tax) and file returns accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and support their development.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of ERP/accounting systems.
• Liaise with banks, vendors, and regulatory bodies as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ACCA / ACMA qualified (part-qualified candidates with strong experience may be considered)
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance roles
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local tax regulations, and accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERPs (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, financial models, etc.)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
