Job Description – Senior Accountant (Export Background)

Position: Senior Accountant

Experience Required: 4–5 years (Export Industry preferred)

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

* Core Accounting functions, including ledger management and reconciliation

* Preparation & filing of GST returns (GSTR)

* Handling GST refund processes and compliance

* Managing export-related documentation and statutory requirements

* Preparation and submission of bank documents for remittances

* Coordination with banks for inward/outward remittances

* Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and export regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce/Accounting/Finance

* Strong knowledge of GST, GSTR filing, and refund procedures

* Hands-on experience with export documentation and remittance handling

* Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP) and MS Excel

* Attention to detail and ability to work independently

* Good communication skills for coordination with banks and export clients
