Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Documenting financial transactions by entering account information.
- Knowledge on bank guaranties & letter of credit
- Summarizing current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Substantiating financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- P&L and Balance sheets (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually)
- Verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions.
- Producing error-free accounting reports and presenting their results.
- Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status.
- Reviewing and recommending modifications to accounting systems and generally accepted accounting procedures.
- Ensuring compliance and complete involve in GST and TDS Filing
- Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Documentation with respective bankers for all import
- Contributing to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with client personnel.
