Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
- Manage daily accounting operations including invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Use Zoho Books or other Zoho accounting tools for bookkeeping and financial management.
- Prepare and analyze Profit and Loss Statement (P&L) reports on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Monitor company income, expenses, and financial performance.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Support management with financial reports and analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience using Zoho Books or other Zoho accounting systems.
- Strong knowledge of **Profit and Loss Statement (P&L) preparation.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good Communication Skill in English
