- Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our billing process.
- collaborate with various teams to gather billing information, verify data accuracy, and generate invoices.
- You will also handle customer inquiries, resolve billing issues, and update customer accounts as needed.
- Responsibilities
- Prepare and process accurate and timely invoices for customers
- Collect and verify billing information from various teams
- Review invoices for accuracy and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing issues
- Maintain customer accounts by updating account information as needed
- Assist in the development and improvement of billing procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in billing or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using billing software and MS Office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance
- Preferred working experience in logistics, freight forwarding industry
- Above 5 years of experience in similar job profile
- Lead the Teams when required
Office Working hrs: 08.00 am - 5.00 pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
