Sr Accounts Executive (Shipping background )

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Handle complete accounting functions
• Maintain vessel-wise, voyage-wise, and port-wise accounting records
• Accounting for freight income, demurrage, despatch, bunker costs, port charges, and agency expenses
• Monitor hire accounting (Time Charter / Voyage Charter)
• Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and capital work-in-progress

Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure accurate MIS reports for management (cost analysis, profitability, variance analysis)
• Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits

Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
