Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior / Head Accountant with in-depth knowledge of charitable society laws and compliance. The role involves complete responsibility for accounting, finalization, and taxation for a charitable society, multiple private limited companies, and individual accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting for charitable societies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws
• Finalize books of accounts and prepare Income Tax computations and returns
• Handle finalization of accounts for 4 Private Limited Companies
• Manage accounting and tax compliance for individual accounts
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience
• Strong working knowledge of charitable trust/society accounting and laws
• Expertise in finalization of accounts and taxation
• Experience handling multiple entities (societies, companies, individuals)
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualification

• CA (Inter) / M.Com / B.Com with relevant experience

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
