Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist

Financial Additions is searching for an experienced senior-level Accounts Payable professional for an in-office position located in Dallas. This is a direct hire opportunity reporting to the AP Manager. Ideal candidate will be a team player with 5+ years of AP experience and an Oil & Gas background. Accounting team is growing and they are looking for the right AP rock star to join them!

Responsibilities include:

• Review, validate, and process detailed/complex invoices.
• Strong understanding of coding.
• Identify and research AP discrepancies and resolve coding or processing errors.
• Reconciliation of vendor statements
• Process expense reports.
• Assist with month-end close activities as needed.

Qualifications include:

• 5+ years' experience in a position responsible for high-level AP duties.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good job tenure
• College degree desired but not required if candidate has great experience.
