Description

The Sr. Administrative Assistant will work with Supply Chain Management and their direct reports supporting a variety of coordination, organizational, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, organized, detail oriented, and excels at communication. They must be able to manage their work load prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. Given the potential sensitive nature of some responsibilities, this position requires the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and draft departmental communications
• Organize weekly / quarterly Departmental meetings, distribute minutes, and manage deliverables from the meetings
• Maintain the SCM Organization's organization charts and contact lists
• Own the management of the corporate SCM teams budgets
• Manage the TA approval process for the SCM organization including PDCs
• Serve as the lead for the M-POWER team organizing meetings, generating deliverables, managing the budget, etc.
• Serve as the key contact with the Administrative Services department
• Maintain all equipment and supplies for the corporate SCM organization
• Other various administrative activities as identified

Key Performance Indicators

• Pro-actively identify and resolve potential problems or issues that may impact a program, project or business condition.
• Critical issues are to be discussed with management for visibility, direction and alternative solutions.
• Performs other duties or Project Assignments, as required, at the direction of Management.
• Management of Corporate SCM team costs within budget
• Monthly M-Power communications and benefits within budget
• Approval of all TAs outside of the two week minimum
• Standardization of PDC admin activities

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday |Flexible hours: 6:00AM to 3:00PM to 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Required Qualifications

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a preferred but not required.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant reporting directly to senior management
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software
• Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor

Employment Type - Non-Exempt, Hourly Wage

Compensation - The expected hiring range for this position is $41,693.40 - 61,497.77, depending on experience and qualifications.
