Job Summary
The Sr. Advisor – Compensation supports the design, administration, and maintenance of the Company’s compensation policies and programs to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. This position partners with HR, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors to provide reporting, analysis, and compliance support, while delivering high-quality services to employees. This position reports to the Manager – Compensation.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Works on a variety of projects including program design, analysis, administration, and implementation of base salary, and short-term and long-term incentive compensation programs.
- Administers base and variable pay policies, processes and programs.
- Conducts market benchmarking and pay analyses; prepares recommendations for salary structures and compensation program adjustments.
- Responsible for daily administration of the Company’s equity compensation program.
- Ensures ongoing compliance of the equity compensation program by monitoring applicable laws, accounting requirements, and maintaining sound internal controls.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing and settlement of all equity transactions.
- Provides support for projects within the HR department and end user support for HCM Cloud.
- Manages the relationship with external vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality services for our employees.
- Assists in developing and maintaining expatriate benefit and allowance structures; ensure policies reflect market-based practices and governance requirements.
- Prepares individual compensation models to support offers, promotions, and retention actions.
- Provides compensation-related reporting and analysis to HR, Finance, and leadership as needed.
- Partners with Payroll, Finance, Tax, and external vendors to ensure accurate processing and compliance with applicable requirements.
- Supports policy documentation, process improvements, and communications related to compensation programs.
- Provides employee and manager support for compensation-related questions and processes.
- Supports the administration of Board of Director equity awards and retainer payments.
- Assists with executive compensation administration ensuring compliance with tax and securities regulations and filing requirements.
Qualifications / Education
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years of progressive HR experience, with at least three (3+) years in compensation.
Experience working in a global public company of similar size and complexity preferred.
Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical skills to compile and interpret compensation and market data.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams and cultures.
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud/HRIS systems preferred.
