Sr. Advocate - Litigation

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Advocate with strong litigation experience in land and real estate matters. The candidate must have hands-on exposure to RERA compliance and Title Search Reports.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle civil, land, and property-related litigation cases

· Represent the company before Courts and RERA Authorities

· Handle RERA registrations, compliance requirements, and hearings.

· Draft legal notices, pleadings, agreements, and replies

· Conduct title verification and prepare/review Title Search Reports

· Manage RERA registration, compliance, and hearings

· Provide legal advisory on land acquisition and disputes

· Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies.

· Identify legal risks in land acquisition and development projects.

· Coordinate with external counsels and monitor case progress.

Requirements:

· LLM/LLB with valid Bar Council enrolment

· Proven courtroom advocacy and argumentation skills

· Minimum 8 years of litigation practice

· Strong command over land laws, property disputes, and real estate regulations

· Experience in RERA compliance (mandatory)

· Excellent drafting, argumentation, and case management skills

· Real estate industry experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
