Sr AI Engineer/Team Lead

Summary

We are seeking a Senior AI Developer / Team Lead with strong full-stack experience in React and Python. The role focuses on building AI-driven solutions, guiding a development team, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-quality applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers while promoting best practices.
• Design and develop full-stack applications using React and Python.
• Integrate, optimize, and deploy AI models within production systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver reliable solutions.
• Review code, define technical standards, and ensure overall quality.
• troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement in architecture and processes.
• Contribute to technical planning and decision-making.

Requirements

• 4-5 years experience in AI or Full Stack Development
• Strong full-stack background with React and Python.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Proven experience leading teams or handling senior technical responsibilities.
• Good understanding of API design, backend systems, and modern frontend development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with DevOps, cloud platforms, or containerization is a plus.
