Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge machine learning solutions, particularly focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP). This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies and the ability to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced machine learning systems with an emphasis on LLMs to address complex NLP challenges.
• Work with large-scale datasets to uncover insights and create predictive or generative models using state-of-the-art AI methods.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with strategic objectives.
• Enhance model efficiency by fine-tuning algorithms for speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• Integrate MLOps best practices for seamless model deployment, lifecycle management, monitoring, and retraining workflows.
• Explore and evaluate new algorithms, tools, and technologies through applied research and experimentation.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines and infrastructure for training and serving machine learning models.
• Oversee performance of deployed models, making necessary updates to ensure reliability, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
• Keep current with the latest trends, tools, and advancements in AI, ML, LLMs, and NLP, and bring innovative ideas to the table.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
