Sr. AI/ML Engineer

Type: Full-time | Location: Onsite
Starting Salary: PKR 160,000 – 200,000/month

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and a solid understanding of Computer Vision, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and fine-tune LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA) for NLP applications.
• Build and integrate Generative AI solutions for intelligent and creative use cases.
• Implement text classification, sentiment analysis, chatbots, and summarization models.
• Optimize and deploy AI models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Apply computer vision techniques such as object detection and image recognition.
• Deploy AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Stay updated with the latest AI research and advancements.
• Ensure compliance with ethical AI, data privacy, and security standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong experience in NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Proven experience in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and model deployment.
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and large-scale data handling.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD for ML workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and cloud AI services.
• Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph frameworks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
