Job Purpose:
The Senior Analyst / Manager, Contract Operations is responsible for the end-to-end administration and execution of Market Access financial obligations, including price concession and service fee contracts, government pricing submissions, and adjudication of commercial and government rebate and chargeback claims. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across all contract-related financial processes while supporting Market Access strategy.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform government pricing calculations and submissions, including Medicaid Average Manufacturer Price (AMP), Best Price (BP), Unit Rebate Amount (URA), Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), Average Sales Price (ASP), and 340B
  • Calculate, validate, and process quarterly rebate and administrative fee payments to GPOs, hospitals, IDNs, and payors
  • Monitor and process rebates related to the Manufacturer Discount Program, Discarded Drug Program, and Medicare Part B Inflation Rebates
  • Validate and approve Medicaid rebate payments
  • Partner with 3PL to verify and adjudicate commercial and government chargebacks
  • Partner cross-functionally with Strategy & Operations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment of data sources and reporting methodologies
  • Lead State Pricing Transparency reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment across internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Maintain clear documentation and work instructions to standardize processes, ensure consistency, and support audit readiness


Policies, Procedures & Compliance:

  • Compliance with all Corporate Policies as well as mandated government regulations
  • Stay current with and adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
  • Strictly adhere to administrative requirements as directed by Senior Director, Contract Operations, Market Access


Education & Professional Background:

  • BS/BA degree required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical Market Access experience
  • Buy-and-bill experience preferred; HEM/ONC experience preferred
  • Knowledge of managed care, reimbursement, and experience in contract operations and government filings required
