Sr. Android Developer

We are seeking a skilled Android Developer with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and working with multiple ad partners. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in ad monetization, performance optimization, and analytics-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate and manage Google Ads within Android applications.
• Build a reusable, universal ad module supporting multiple ad formats and ad networks.
• Design and implement flexible waterfall logic for efficient ad mediation.
• Optimize ad performance across multiple ad networks to maximize revenue and fill rates.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and user behavior to improve monetization strategies.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance ad delivery, latency, and user experience.
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to refine ad strategies based on data insights.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Android development (Java/Kotlin).
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads SDK and ad mediation platforms.
• Experience working with multiple ad networks and formats (banner, interstitial, rewarded, native, etc.).
• Proven ability to optimize ad performance and revenue.
• Solid background in mathematics and data analysis for performance evaluation and strategy optimization.
• Strong understanding of user behavior analysis and A/B testing.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and reusable code.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building custom ad mediation or waterfall logic.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and dashboards for performance tracking.
• Experience in handling large-scale apps with high traffic.
