Who Can Apply* M.Com or MBA Graduates from any stream (freshers or up to 12 months of experience)*
Comfortable working in night shifts (US process)* Confident, self-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills* Active listening and ability to understand customer concerns*
Fluent English communication (verbal)*
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office*
Basic internet research capability* Basic calculations for account reconciliations
