About the Role

We are seeking skilled AR Callers with experience in voice process and denial management to join our healthcare revenue cycle team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong analytical ability, and prior exposure to US healthcare AR calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies (US healthcare process) to resolve outstanding claims.
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and work towards resolution.
• Analyze claim denials, identify root causes, and initiate corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and claim status updates.
• Work closely with the billing team to ensure timely and efficient claims processing.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for productivity and quality.
• Stay updated on payer guidelines, industry practices, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in AR calling / US healthcare RCM process.
• Strong knowledge of denial management and claim follow-up.
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible to work in night shifts (US shift).

Pay: ₹10,910.16 - ₹36,642.68 per month
