Job Description

CONIN Engineering Consultancy is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project coordination, and site supervision, with the ability to manage projects independently from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development from concept to detailed design and construction stages
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, details, and specifications
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Conduct site inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and local authority requirements
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and authority approvals
• Provide technical guidance to junior architects and drafting staff
• Assist in resolving design and site-related issues efficiently

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of local authority regulations (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage)
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
