Sr. Architect

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Lead architectural design efforts for projects of various scales and complexities
2. Sound knowledge of Architecture Design.
3. Develop concept designs, presentations, and design documents.
4. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. Oversee the preparation of design drawings and specifications.
5. Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
6. Conduct site visits to ensure quality and adherence to design intent during construction.
7. Review project budgets, schedules, and quality control.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
5+ years of architectural experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related tools.
Strong understanding of sustainability and environmental design.
Strong technical design knowledge / skills in Indian construction methodology.
Experience of working as part of an architectural design team.
Excellent conceptual, verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in English (oral and written) required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
